The program provides skill-based training on human relations facilitation strategies, as a foundation for cohort members to create and implement equity and inclusion trainings within their local contexts. While not exclusively, the program emphasizes the implementation of LGBTQ+ Safe Zone trainings by STEM faculty, staff, and/or administrators.
